Please find attached a Campus Map, which outlines the accessible entrances to all buildings on campus. For Parking there are accessible spots outside of Lloyd Hall and Sally Borden, and guests are also able to park in the valet spots in the Becker lot.
Meeting space include Lloyd Hall and Professional Development Centre for the hotel rooms, meals at the Vistas restaurant in the Sally Borden Building and meeting spaces are in the Kinnear Centre on 3 different floors. Each floor in the Kinnear Centre has got lifts at one end of the hallway, so people are able to move between the different floors using these. Below you’ll find a floorplan of the Kinnear Centre showing you the location of the lifts.

Please remember that the Banff Centre is build on the side of a mountain, which presents challenges to those with limited mobility. However, if you have specific requests please advise at accessibleconferences@elsevier.com. You can also request an orientation tour of the venue on 16 April 2023 prior to the start of the conference.
On request we can arrange for early access to the catering space and assistance with the collection of catering. Please contact us at accessibleconferences@elsevier.com
The restaurant is accessible via lift.
The Banff Centre has Canadians With Disabilities Act approved rooms and rooms with wheelchair access; book via the conference website or call the Reservations Department at 1-800-884-7574 for specific requirements. We recommend that you contact the Banff centre in advance so they can meet you upon your arrival to facilitate your understanding of the best routes and services available.
